Who we are
Floor Care General Maintenance is an Abu Dhabi contractor for interior finishing and building maintenance. From Mussafah we supply and install flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, waterproofing and thermal insulation, and we service air-conditioning systems for homes, apartments, offices and managed properties.
What we do
Four areas of work, one team to deal with:
- Flooring. Vinyl, LVT and SPC, solid and semi-solid wood, herringbone, carpet rolls and tiles, mosque carpet, ceramic, marble, terrazzo, epoxy, rubber, sports and gym floors, decking and raised access floors.
- Walls and ceilings. Wallpaper, painting, wall and door protection, handrails, false ceilings and partitions, gypsum board repair and finishing, and decorative gypsum detailing.
- Waterproofing and insulation. Membrane and liquid waterproofing, thermal insulation and crack injection for roofs, wet areas, basements and façades.
- AC maintenance. Cooling performance checks, routine servicing, filter and vent cleaning, and preventive inspections before the summer.
How we work
- Site visit. We measure the space, check the surfaces and understand how the area is used.
- Quotation first. You receive a clear, itemised quotation before any work starts. No surprises on the invoice.
- Supply and installation. Materials are sourced and fitted by our own crews, to an agreed schedule that respects the building and its occupants.
- Handover. We walk the finished work with you, clear the site and explain how to care for the new surfaces.
